| Drag and drop low resolution images, or crops, from Media Mogul directly into a QuarkXPress or InDesign document, and automatically deposit a high-resolution version in a location known to your chosen DTP application. |
| Order high-resolution images for the final production of the document and record usage data for royalty payments. |
| Retain captions and metadata associated with the dragged image within the DTP file, for ease of reference. |

| Create PDFs from a QuarkXPress or InDesign document containing the low-resolution versions of images, in preparation for loading into Media Mogul, or viewing in the DTP environment. |
| Save original documents and their PDFs back in Media Mogul for ease of reference and access, so you can easily view previous documents. |
| Load DTP files the PDFs and other assets featured in the document, automatically linking them and updating each asset’s publication history as you go. |

| Add and synchronise copy into Media Mogul, so you have the final version of your copy managed as a unique asset. |
